Happenings

The Parent Support Program offers supportive and educational programs to parents who have children of all ages.  Support groups and parenting classes are available to meet a variety of parenting needs.  Individual parenting instruction is also provided.

Below are the parenting programs that are currently offered:

Families Dealing with Deployment

Group for all family members experiencing an upcoming or current deployment, or who have recently returned from deployment. Meets 1st & 3rd Monday of each month, 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm, Family Advocacy Program Center -2462 85th Medical Battalion Ave.

Children are welcome!

Calling All Dads

For expecting fathers, and fathers with children of all ages Meets 1st & 3rd, Mondays 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm, Family Advocacy Program Center -2462 85th Medical Battalion Ave.

Children are welcome!

Single Parent Support Group

Gain Support and skills from fellow single parents. Every 2nd & 4th Monday
of each month, 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm - School Age Services - 1900 Reece Road

Children are welcome!

Moms of Multiples Group

Group for Moms with twins, triplets, etc. of any age. Meets 1st & 3rd Thursday of each month, 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm at Family Advocacy Program Center - 2462 85th Medical Battalion Ave.

Romp ‘n’ Stomp Playgroup

Playgroup for children ages 0-5. Every Tuesday 9:30 am -11:30 am Sept-June, 909 Ernie Pyle Rd June-August at Boundless Playground.

Parenting With A Purpose

Parenting class for parents with children of all ages. Six week course.
Meets every Wednesday, 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Mom's Support Group

For mothers with children from birth to age 3. Topics range from sleeping,
potty training, ages, stages and development and etc. Mini playgroup
included. Meets every Thursday, 9:30 am - 10:30 am at Family Advocacy

A-Z Come Play with Me

Interactive activities designed to assist parents in learning developmentally appropriate play techniques to help children 4 and under improve their social, cognitive and motor skills. Every Friday, 10:30am - Noon at the Family Advocacy Program Center 2462 85th Medical Battalion Ave. Call to register.

Babease Boot Camp

Educating registered participants on topics ranging from Infant Ages and Stages, Breastfeeding Basics, Infant Care and Development, Nutrition, and Budgeting for Babies.
