NOTE: Patrons will be asked to stop all workouts, free play basketball, racquetball, swimming, sauna use, cardio and strength training at 8:30 p.m. and to use the time period between 8:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. to cool down, shower and dress.
This allows are our employees to close the facility on time and meet their personal after-work obligations. Thank you.

Water Exercise Class
Tuesday/Thursday - 8:15am-9:00am
Class stresses range of motion exercises designed to help relieve joint
stiffness and promote more range of motion in joints.Participants encouraged
to check with their doctor before starting classes and to move at their own
pace.

Aqua Fitness Class
Monday/Wednesday - 5:15pm-6:00pm
An energetic and medium intensity class with unique water aerobic,
choreographed movements that use the natural resistance and weight of the
water to increase heart rate, burn calories and tone muscles. Students work
at various paces, tuned to personal core fitness levels.

Prices:
$24 for 8 class Pass
$48 for 16 class Pass
** Class Passes are good for two months from sign up!
$4 pay as you go.

*Reservation periods are for one hour, beginning on the hour. Only one reservation per person, per day will be accepted. A 15 minute grace period is permitted before the court is declared open. Authorized patrons may call the same day for reservations, in accordance with the schedule above.
