Wedding Package

Club Meade Reception Package Plans

Club Meade offers two types of wedding receptions, each with several menu options, so that you may personalize your reception.
  • Formal Dinner Reception
    Guests are treated to a full, three course dinner. Select one of two different salads, one of five entrees & vegetable choices, one of four desserts, and other choices.
  • Buffet Selection
    Select one of our two dinner buffet menus. Both menu options include a wide variety of delicious foods to suit every palate.
Each of the reception plans feature the following extras:
  • Full Service Bar
    Our bar service features a fine selection of stock liqueurs, wines, beers, and sodas. Our standard pour bar service is offered one hour prior to your meal service and reopens afterwards for two additional hours for your enjoyment.
  • Champagne Toast
    One glass of champagne per person is provided for a congratulatory toast.
  • Complimentary staging area for bridal party
    Complimentary refreshments are provided.
  • Wedding Cake and Guest Book
  • Floral Arrangement
    A beautiful, fresh floral arrangement is provided for the head table.
  • Reception Table Presentation
    The head table, gift table, guest book table and cake table are elegantly skirted.
  • Disc Jockey Service
    A professional disc jockey provides music entertainment & make announcements.
  • Service Gratuities
    All service gratuities are included within the base price of your package plan.
  • Deposits & Payment Schedules
    $500 deposit per event to secure your date is required. The balance is due twenty-four hours in advance of the scheduled reception. All deposits are non-refundable after 30 days from contract signing. Minimum of 100 guests.
