The Courses Dining Facility
The Courses Fort Meade is pleased to offer exceptional facilities, outstanding cuisine and personal attentive service for your banquet, receptioin, party or meeting. At The Courses we understand all that goes into planning your special event. Whether it is a festive holiday party or an elegant wedding reception, our skilled culinary and service staff is looking forward to assisting you with the coordination of an event which you and your guests will remember.
Room Rental - Rooms Rented per hour
Eagle Room - 60-80 Guests $70.00/hour
Birdie Room - 30-50 Guests $50.00/hour
Eage & Birdie Rooms - 100-140 Guests $100.00/hour
Rooms can not be guaranteed until a deposit of $200.00 is made.
Please provide in person or via the telephone the following:
- Date and time of event
- Host/Sponsor's Name - Guest Count (Confirmed 7 days prior)
- Gate Access List two weeks prior for guests who do not have post access
(Please inform guests their vehicles may be subject to inspection)
To ensure that your menu selections will be available, please submit them two weeks in advance. Custom menus should be discussed directly with your catering representative. No outside food or beverages are to be brought into the facility, except cakes.
Non-Military personnel are welcome.
