Child and Youth Services is a network of systems and programs through which Fort Meade provides quality child and youth development options. These programs reduce the conflict between parental responsibilities and unit mission requirements, support readiness and contribute to the quality of life of families.
*Child and Youth Services offers expanded benefits beginning January 2008.
Benefit eligibility depends on mission category:
Mission Level I: Deployed Service members or Department of the Army Civilians (DACs) (includes 30 days before and 60 days after return)
Mission Level II: Unaccompanied Permanent or temporary change of station TDY (90-179 days)

2- Children $36.00
3- or more Children $40.00

Wait list Application for full-day (unborn, infants to preschoolers and 3-5 year olds.) Fill out, print and sign the adobe form. You can fax at 301-677-1148 or drop it off at the CYS Central Enrollment Registry.
