School-Age Services and Middle School Programe begin summer camp registration for youth at Central Registration.
You may pick up a registration packet at School-Age Services, Middle School, or Central Registration. All documents listed on the cover sheet must be completed and brought with you to your appointment.

| Camp Eligibility |
In accordance with AR 215-2, family members currently completing 1st-8th grade whose parents
are active duty military personnel, military reservists on active duty status, DoD civilians and
contracted personnel living or working on Fort Meade or NSA. Legal proof of guardianship is
required for children not residing with parents. |

| Camp Dates/ Payment Schedule |
The process for registering and holding a summer day campslot for your child is only completed upon payment. Due to thepopularity of the summer camp program, it is imperative that youmeet the above deadlines established for your weekly camppayments. Failure to meet the above establisheddeadlines/payment schedule, for your weekly camp paymentswill mean that your child's name will be automatically moved tothe bottom of the waiting list. lf you have not met your financialobligation to the program, please do not arrive to campexpecting immediate placement. The complete enrollmentprocess (paid & forms completed) must be accomplished priorto the beginning of any session! The below will be strictlyadhered to.

| Camp Fees (based upon total family income) |
In accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) guidance, the Child & Youth Services (CYS)
Summer Camp will implement the following fees based on “Total Family Income” to include
spouse’s income, retirement pay and second jobs. A 10% discount will be given to the lowest
camp fee for families with more than one (1) child enrolled in the programs to include; School-Age
Services (SAS), Middle School (MS), and Child Development Centers.
Weekly fees are charged
for each week your child is registered to attend Summer Camp.

MS patrons enrolled in the MS After Program must bring in Total Family Income (TFI) to include; LES - active & retired military and Pay Stubs at the time of registration. If you have not already verified your income this year you must bring in TFI to include LES - active & retired military and Pay Stubs at the time of registration. If TFI is not provided at the time of registration you will be placed in CAT 6. All youth files must be up to date prior to registration i.e. Health Assessment, Shot Record, etc. |

SAS Camp - The SAS Program, 1900 Reece Road (301) 677-1245 and services children completing
1st-5th grade of the 2006-07 school year.
MS Camp - The MS Program, 909 Ernie Pyle Street (301) 677-1437 and services youth completing the
6th-8th grade of the 2006-07 school year. |

| Camp Hours-Arrival/Departure Times |
Summer Camp is offered Monday through Friday, from 6:00 am to 5:30 pm. Breakfast for
SAS will be provided and served from 6:30 am to 8:30 am. Programmed activities begin at 9:00 am
and end at 5:00 pm. Breakfast for the MS program will be provided and served from 6:30 am to
8:00 am. Programmed activities began at 8:00 am and end at 5:00 pm. Youth must be picked up by
5:30 pm. We advise that participants arrive no later than 8:00 am on days that field trips are scheduled
in order to meet departure times. |

| Camp Sign-in/Sing-our Procedures |
Parents are required to sign their child in and out from the summer camp programs daily. If a child
is to be picked up by anyone other than the parents, the name of these individuals must appear on the
Child Release Designation Form or the child will NOT be released. CYS cards must be used daily to
sign participants in and out of camp. |

| Late Fees |
Children must be picked up from camp by 5:30 pm. Parents will be charged a late fee of $1.00
per min/per family past the 5:35 pm pick-up time. Late fees are due the same day. |

| MS Evening Recreation |
MS Evening Recreation is offered for campers at building 909 Tuesday through Thursday ONLY from
5:30 pm to 8:00 pm. Campers must present their CYS card and sign in the MS Evening Recreation
Log Book. Evening Recreation services will not be offered at building 1900 for the School-Age Camp. |
