CDC 1 will be open from 6-11p.m. to take the reservations. Parents must call in advance to Ms. Angela Allen at 301.677.4808.
The Form AR 608-10 must be completed and emailed to Ms. Allen or faxed to 301.677.5207.
For DoD civilians, CYS maintains a list of CYS trained teen babysitters. Come to Central Enrollment Registration at 1900 Reece Rd. to obtain a copy of the list.
