1. I understand that I must fulfill all of the following responsibilities on the date a facility is reserved:
    1. Meet the caretaker at check-in and check-out times as listed on DPCE Form 77.
    2. Pay a separate $100.00 deposit in the form of a check or money order at the time of check-ion for each sponsored facility. Checks should be made payable to IMWRF-TA-F1. Failure to pay a deposit will result in cancellation of the function and loss of the rental fee. (NOTE: Deposit will not be refunded to anyone other than the sponsor.)
    3. Be continually present and responsible for the proper conduct of his/her group.
    4. Place all foods and trash in dumpster which is located at the rear of the kitchen door.
    5. Clean and restack all chairs in the hall by the kitchen.
    6. Clean and restack all tables in the alcove in front of the fir place.
    7. Remove all decorations that are used.
    8. Sweep out the facility
    9. Remove spilled food particles and clean the stove and or microwave if they are used.
    10. Mop up all spills.
    11. Remove excess ashes from the fire place and place them in designated ash collection cans outside of facility.
    12. Ensure walls are clean and free of stains.
    13. Police all trash and debris which is a product of their function within 50 feet of the facility. All areas shall be in high state of police. There shall be no cigarette butts or foreign debri larger than a penny on the ground.
  2. Sponsor must not leave the cottage unsecured. If for some reason the sponsor must leave the cottage unattended, they must place their one padlock on the door.
  3. Use of audio equipment is authorized but patrons will use discretion when establishing volume levels, particularly during duty and late evening hours. Failure to maintain reasonable volume levels may result in termination of the function. Live bands and disk jockeys are authorized to play in the cottage. Disk jockeys may be used in outside areas on weekends and on government holidays.
  4. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is permitted in the Burba Park Cottage.
  5. No parking on seeded or grass areas. Approval for any exempted vehicle, i.e., catering truck, must be obtained from the Outdoor Recreation Office in advance.
  6. Sponsor will not use any staples or scotch tape in the cottage. Only thumb tacks are permitted and must be removed.
  7. Reservation will not been made for non-Fort George G. Meade (FGGM) group to avoid paying the appropriate fee.
  8. Failure to abide by these guidelines will result in loss of the privileges to use Burba Park facilities and a loss of the deposit.
