- I understand that I must fulfill all of the following
responsibilities on the date a facility is reserved:
- Meet the caretaker at check in/out times as listed
on DPCA Form 77.
- Pay a separate $100.00 deposit in the form of a
check or money order at the time of check-in for each sponsored facility.
Checks should be made payable to IMWRF-TA-F1. Failure to pay a deposit
will result in a cancellation of the function and loss of the rental fee.
(Note: Deposit will not be refunded to anyone other than the sponsor.)
- Be continually present and responsible for the
proper conduct of his/her group.
- Police the entire reserved area upon completion of
function. All areas shall be in a high state of police. There shall be no
cigarette butts or foreign debris larger than a penny on the ground.
- Remove all trash from the entire reserved area.
Dumpsters have been strategically located through-out the park for you to
put your trash in.
- Remove all foreign materials from table tops.
- Remove excess ashes from grills and place in designated
ash collection cans.
- Wipe up all spills.
- Sweep pavilion floor before leaving the area.
- Remove all decorations before leaving the area.
- No parking on seeded or grass areas. Approval for any
exempted vehicle, i.e., catering trucks, must be obtained from the Outdoor
Recreation Office in advance.
- Disk jockeys may be used in pavilions on weekdays
Monday-Friday from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. However, disc jockeys may not be used on
weekends and on government holidays. Use of audio equipment is authorized
but, patrons will use discretion when establishing volume levels may
result in termination of the function. Live bands are only authorized to
play in the cottage.
- Consumption of alcoholic beverages is permitted in
the Burba Park Cottage and picnic areas, except picnic area #4, by persons 21 years of age and
older. Beer and wine ONLY in picnic areas 1 through 3 and 5.
- Reservation has not been made for non-Fort George G.
Meade (FGGM) groups to avoid paying appropriate fee.
- I understand that failure to abide by these
guidelines will result in a loss of privileges to use Burba Park
Facilities, a loss in user fee, and a loss of the deposit.
